“Resilience (or resiliency) is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don’t go as planned.” Hmm, can you relate to things not going as planned? In today’s workplace, quite often, the plan keeps changing. We may be dealing with organizational change, competition, staff shortages, and changing priorities. Our professional success relies heavily on our capacity to adapt, cope, and thrive when faced with challenges.
