Our President and Owner, Brent Mitchell, recently came across a great message from James Clear: “The secret to winning is learning how to lose.
That is, learning to bounce back from failure and disappointment—undeterred—and continuing to steadily march toward your potential.
Your response to failure determines your capacity for success.”
This is so true. Some things in life are sure things, like death and taxes. It is certain that in our lives we will experience loss and failure. May we all learn to bounce back from both with more wisdom, knowledge, and determination than we had before in order to succeed – whatever the task or challenge that is before us.
If we choose not to try again or to quit the game, then yes, our failure is permanent. But if we choose to return to the task, having learned from our failure, our chances for success have increased.
