Sales Leader Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Sales Leader to join our Wisconsin-based team. We are looking for a driven, sales-minded individual to secure new accounts and grow existing accounts. The Sales Leader hired into this role can work remotely or work from our Madison, WI office.

Success Looks Like:

  • Design and implement sales training for all customer and candidate-facing staff by the end of 2021
  • Grow company revenue by $2 million by end of 2021

Essential Duties: 

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for new accounts within the IT staffing industry
  • Build and lead a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals
  • Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development
  • Use the consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections and maximize sales activity effectively
  • Establish and maintain good public relations and network within the community to develop new business

  • Have a thorough sales process
  • Be a natural at closing sales opportunities
  • Bring a robust network of business connections
  • Ideally, live regionally to Madison, WI (but this is not required)
