Tier 1 Referral Bonus
Up to $1,000
- For Helpdesk roles and similar positions
- $1,000 paid at 90 days of billing
- $100 Amazon gift card to Candidate at 90 days of billing*
Tier 2 Referral Bonus
Up to $1,500
- For all positions at a bill rate of $45 or above
- $1,000 paid at 90 days of billing plus $500 at 180 days of billing
- $100 Amazon gift card to Candidate at 90 days of billing*

Referral Rules
You don’t need to work for Smart Solutions in order to refer someone, so anyone can participate!
We cannot accept referrals for:
- A candidate who currently works at our client.
- A candidate who is already an active candidate in our database. However, if the candidate is not active in our database and we did not know they were looking, then you are eligible for the referral bonus if we place that candidate.
A referral is good for one year. If the job you referred someone to does not work out but we place them elsewhere within a year, you will receive the referral bonus.
*Please note that we cannot pay a 1099 candidate directly. $100 will be paid to the candidate’s employer for them to pay the candidate.
