Smart Solutions is currently searching for a Support Desk Technologist for our partner in De Pere, Wisconsin. This is an onsite, six-month contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a variety of customers by troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Work with multiple software applications, especially MS Office Suite.
  • Type proficiently and effectively to support the company’s needs.
  • Handle issues with multi-factor authentication.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ months of technical IT background
  • Customer Support and Service
  • Help Desk
  • Call Center
  • Proficient in various PC software applications
  • MS Office Suite/Outlook
  • Ability to type at 20 wpm
