Support Desk Technologist

Smart Solutions is currently searching for a Support Desk Technologist for our partner in De Pere, Wisconsin. This is an onsite, six-month contract position.
- Provide support to a variety of customers by troubleshooting technical problems.
- Work with multiple software applications, especially MS Office Suite.
- Type proficiently and effectively to support the company’s needs.
- Handle issues with multi-factor authentication.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ months of technical IT background
- Customer Support and Service
- Help Desk
- Call Center
- Proficient in various PC software applications
- MS Office Suite/Outlook
- Ability to type at 20 wpm
