Job Description

Smart Solutions is searching for a Support Desk Technologist for a contract project in DePere, WI scheduled until November 2021. Do you like troubleshooting and solving support issues? Job Duties:

  • Provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining

Must Haves:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous role experience as a support desk technologist
  • Experience with level 2 troubleshooting activities

Nice to Haves:

  • Basic networking skills/knowledge
  • Office 365 knowledge (no admin experience necessary)
  • Understanding of SCCM software deployment
