Are you experienced with efficiently and effectively increasing sales and account management processes? If so, then this role may be for you!
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will build commission reports for the sales team and provide data-driven insights into daily sales and revenue operations.
Additionally, you will maintain and manage accuracy of the CRM system, Copper and create automated workflows in Copper to enable seamless communication across teams. Lastly, you will implement, manage, and optimize processes, tools, reports, and technologies supporting various teams.

Location: Remote WI
- Experience with CRM implementations and customizations, Copper ideal, but Salesforce and Hubspot okay too
- Expertise in analytics and reporting
- Experience developing and implementing commission plans
- Demonstrated success scaling companies and sales teams past $10M ARR
