Job Description

Are you a true sourcing individual with the ability to generate a diverse pool of candidates?  Can you put strong talent in front of hiring managers? If so, this role may be for you!

As a Recruiter you will utilize multiple sources to find qualified candidates for a variety of open positions.

This is a contract-to-hire role, including full benefits.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process
  • Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates
  • Coordinate with talent onboarding teams to close and finalize new hire recruitment
  • Consult with and manage candidate/client/business team negotiations
  • Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced talent pipeline
  • Develop a program of activities targeted and attracting talent
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and through other special projects

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience
  • Experience in mid to high volume requisition
  • Hunting and gathering experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-drive solutions, support or service
  • Ability to handle internal client management and be consultative with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
