Job Description

Are you skilled at developing training plans for staff and procedures to ensure compliance and systematic usage? Do you excel at evaluating and recommending new software applications and implementation strategies to ensure smooth transition of software applications? Then this role may be for you!

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the resolution of issues in the business’ network infrastructure and systems with the third-party vendors and create end-user documentation for common procedures and frequently requested desktop support issues. You will also get to assist in researching application specifications and requirements for new products and service as well as assist the Director of Marketing with a website refresh.

This is a Direct role.

Location: Madison, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support Bank personnel on the use of desktop and network resources, Adobe functionalities and uses, Microsoft products, IP phone system and mobile interface, and File exchange training and protocols
  • Coordinate the installation and configuration of financial and business applications with third party providers and affected bank departments.
  • Stay current with IT trends by reading, attending classes, and networking with peers.
  • Assists in the onboarding and terminating of employee access to the network and other ancillary systems.
  • Assist with the development and integration of new customer facing technology to advance the strategic direction of the company.
  • Meet with department heads to learn about the software programs and applications that are used and assist with further optimization.
  • Develop retention policies and procedures for meeting management systems.
  • Work to improve processes and procedures in the ancillary software platforms and, where possible, integrate with the core system.
  • Develop workflows in the Bank’s intranet for the employee review of policies, annual certifications, etc.
  • Network file reorganization and management (file retention).
  • Develop a technology roadmap for the Bank for both internal and external facing technologies.
  • Work toward consistent reporting processes and procedures between departments.
  • Assist with developing departmental KPIs for Management reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient at Excel
  • Proficient at mapping – data and query
  • Good at research and finding a solution

 Preferred:

  • Banking experience
