Smart Solutions is searching for a Lead Change Manager to work at a top company in Madison, WI. The Lead Change Manager will work on two to three small to medium projects at a time. The Lead Change Manager will not supervise any teammates, but they need to be a senior-level Change Manager. This is a three to a six-month-long project with the possibility of extension. 

As a Lead Change Manager, the professional hired into this role will help grow the organization by success in change and project management by leading stakeholder assessments, analyzing program data, coordinating program logistics, updating and analyzing spreadsheets, working on integrations, creating charts/graphs, and handling documentation. 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Senior-level change management experience 
  • Excellent organization, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ProSci certification
