As a Data & Analytics Development Engineer you will provide statistical analysis, user data analysis, EDA (exploratory data analysis), and communicate this analysis effectively with the team.
This is a contract role, including full benefits and the possibility of extension.
Location: 100% remote within United States
Requirements:
- Strong skills in the following areas: Python, AWS (Lambda, SQS, SMS, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, Athena, etc.), GitLab, SQL, Data Ingestion via multiple API methods, EDA, Terraform, Linux
- Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production
- Experience working with data, data architecture, data modelling, and related software development
- Self-motivated, with minimal supervision able to produce thorough and high-quality work
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience interacting with internal business partners
Preferred:
- Experience working with JavaScript – React, Node.js
- Experience developing Architecture and Dataflow diagrams
- Data science-oriented experience/skills
- Machine learning experience
- Insurance experience, Commercial Lines insurance experience
